pak67 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pak67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses or uses any service, feature or content available through the pak67 website at pak67.club and its associated subdomains.

By creating a pak67 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing any bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the pak67 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any game-specific rules displayed on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of pak67.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. pak67 recommends that all users retain a copy of these Terms at the time of registration.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on pak67 or to use any of the Platform's gaming or betting services. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pak67 does not accept registrations from persons under 18 years of age under any circumstances whatsoever.

2.2 By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have provided your genuine date of birth. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and permanent forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.3 pak67 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Users who fail to satisfactorily verify their age will have their accounts suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

2.4 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pak67 is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. Online gaming laws differ between provinces and may change. pak67 does not provide legal advice to players and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 To access real-money services on pak67, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a secure password.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on pak67 at any one time. Operating, or attempting to operate, multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. pak67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate account activity.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak67 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pak67 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.4 You must notify pak67 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.1 pak67 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with responsible gaming obligations and financial integrity requirements. All registered users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

4.2 KYC verification requires the submission of a clear, legible copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued identity document, including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP. pak67 may request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at its sole discretion.

4.3 pak67 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, or close accounts where KYC documentation is not satisfactorily provided within a reasonable timeframe as notified by the Platform.

4.4 All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with pak67's Privacy Policy. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes will not be sold to third parties.

5.1 pak67 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Approved deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Additional methods may be added or removed at pak67's discretion.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your pak67 PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pak67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or mobile wallet service interruptions.

5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. pak67 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

5.4 pak67 reserves the right to reverse or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pak67 will notify the player and may request further documentation.

5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your pak67 account cashier section and may be updated periodically.

6.1 All bets placed on pak67 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. PSL and cricket betting markets are subject to official match results and applicable sport governing body rulings.

6.2 pak67 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets placed where: (a) a manifest error occurred in the odds display; (b) the event outcome was already known at the time of bet placement; (c) irregular betting patterns consistent with match manipulation are detected; or (d) a technical malfunction affected the bet placement process.

6.3 In-play or live betting markets are time-sensitive. pak67 accepts no liability for bets that a player believes were placed but were not confirmed by the Platform due to market closure or network issues.

6.4 pak67 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or close the account of any player whose betting pattern is deemed inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.

7.1 All casino games on pak67, including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger and all slot titles, are operated subject to the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before participating.

7.2 RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems. pak67 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any individual gaming session. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages, not per-session guarantees.

7.3 Live dealer game results are determined by the live dealer's actions and are final once the round is concluded. Disputes regarding live dealer results must be submitted to pak67 support with the relevant game session reference within 48 hours of the disputed round.

8.1 Bonuses and promotional offers available on pak67 are subject to individual bonus terms, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility and expiry periods. All bonus terms are displayed at the time of offer and must be read carefully before claiming.

8.2 pak67 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time and without notice where it determines that a player is attempting to abuse the promotion or exploit a technical error in the offer.

8.3 Winnings derived from bonus funds that do not meet applicable wagering requirements may be voided at pak67's discretion.

Users of pak67 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

(a) Registering more than one account on the Platform;
(b) Providing false personal information during registration or KYC;
(c) Using automated software, bots, or other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with human recreational gambling;
(d) Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
(e) Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
(f) Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
(g) Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
(h) Sharing account credentials with minors or allowing any person under 18 to use your pak67 account.

10.1 pak67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated.

10.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, pak67 reserves the right to void outstanding bets, cancel pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus funds held in the account. Where funds are determined to have been deposited legitimately and are not subject to any forfeiture condition, pak67 will use reasonable endeavours to return those funds following KYC completion.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their pak67 account at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion request will be closed immediately and permanently without exception.

All content on the pak67 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, video streams, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pak67 or its licensed third-party providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from pak67.

12.1 pak67 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we use reasonable endeavours to maintain uptime and service continuity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance periods or connectivity issues.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak67's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

12.3 pak67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss, including loss of profits, arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

pak67 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pak67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, contact details, financial transaction records and KYC documentation. pak67 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorised access.

14.1 pak67 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides every registered user with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools. These tools are available on request from customer support or through account settings at no cost and without requiring justification.

14.2 Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. pak67 will not accept any request to reopen a self-excluded account prior to the end of the exclusion period. Players with chronic problem gambling concerns are strongly encouraged to use the permanent self-exclusion option.

pak67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via their account email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of pak67 following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must close their accounts prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws governing the jurisdiction under which pak67 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak67's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory body or competent court as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law in Pakistan.
